Crosslist items to more stores
Put items that are live on one store onto all your other stores in a few taps, without retyping anything.
Put items that are live on one store onto all your others in a few taps. Beat'em fills in the category, size and details each store wants, so you never retype a listing.
Before you start
At least two stores connected in Settings → Stores.
The item is live on one store and has a price. Drafts can't be crosslisted yet.
Crosslist your items
Pick your items
On the Items page, tick each item you want (the Crosslist gap view shows the ones that aren't on every store yet). Press Crosslist in the actions that appear: at the top of the list on a computer, at the bottom of the screen on a phone.
Choose the stores
The Crosslist window ticks every store your items aren't on yet. Untick any you want to skip. Each item only goes where it's missing, so the count can differ by store and nothing gets listed twice.
Choose your prices
Same price keeps today's price everywhere. Once you've set a rule for a store, this first choice reads My prices and gives each store the price your Pricing rules work out. Keep my profit sets each store's price so you take home the same after its fees. Custom lets you nudge each store up or down.
Finish anything a store needs
If you see Set this up before you crosslist, press Set up, add what's missing (for example your Depop ship-from address), then start again.
Publish
Press Publish. The button shows what it will cost (one credit per item, however many stores it goes to), or that it's free with your welcome crosslists. You can close the page and Beat'em keeps going. Not ready? Save as drafts sends nothing to the stores.
You're done when each item's store icons turn green and the Items page says Crosslisting finished. View results shows what went live and anything that needs you; every run is also kept under Activity → Crosslists.

"No price yet"
"No price yet"
Items without a price are skipped. Add a price to the item and crosslist again.

Every item Beat'em could pay for still went up. Top up in Billing, then press Retry on the results page.
"Beat'em puts up to 250 new listings a day on each Poshmark closet…"
"Beat'em puts up to 250 new listings a day on each Poshmark closet…"
That closet hit Poshmark's daily limit. The rest go up by themselves.

The results page says what the store wanted. Fix it right there in the row, then press Retry. For anything trickier, see why a listing won't go up.
