Getting started

Welcome to Beat'em

What Beat'em does for you, and where to start.

Beat'em puts all your stores in one place. You connect your Poshmark closet, Depop shop and eBay account, and Beat'em brings in your listings, lists each item on the stores it's missing from, and takes an item down everywhere else when it sells. It works for sellers in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.

Just signed up? Beat'em's setup opens straight after sign-up and walks you through the first steps. If you left it, press Continue on the Finish setting up card on your dashboard. Your first 15 minutes explains each one.

What Beat'em does

Brings in what you already sell. Once a store is connected, your live listings come in by themselves, and the same item on two stores becomes one item in Beat'em. Connect your Depop shop, Poshmark closet or eBay account.

Crosslists. Pick items on your Items page and Beat'em lists each one on the stores it isn't on yet, rewritten for each store. See Crosslist your items.

Lists new stock from photos. Press New Listing in the menu on the left (on your phone, the + at the bottom of the screen) and add photos of your items. Beat'em sorts them into items and writes each listing for you to check.

Keeps your items in front of buyers. Automations share, send offers and relist for you every day, even when Beat'em is closed. See Turn on automations.

Handles a sale. When an item sells on one store, Beat'em spots it and takes the item down from your other stores so it can't sell twice. See When something sells.

Charges once per item. Listing an item costs one credit, once, however many stores it goes on. Everything else is free. See Credits: how they work.

Got a question along the way? Ask Buzz, the assistant inside Beat'em. If Buzz can't sort it out, press Contact support under Buzz's chat box and we'll reply by email, usually within a few hours.
