Set a different price for each store
Tell Beat'em once how each store's price should compare with yours, and every listing and price change follows it.
Say once that Poshmark should be 25% higher than your price, or that Depop should match it, and Beat'em prices every new listing, crosslist and price change that way. You type one price; each store gets its own.
You need at least two stores connected in Settings → Stores. With one store there's nothing to set, and the page says Nothing to set yet.
Set a rule for each store
Open Settings → Pricing
Go to Settings → Pricing. Each store has a row, and each Poshmark closet has its own. Every store starts on Same price, meaning it gets exactly the price you type.
Pick a rule
On a phone, tap the store's rule to open it. Choose Same, Higher, Lower or Keep my profit. For Higher and Lower, type the percentage next to By. Keep my profit raises that store's price to cover its bigger fees, so you take home about what you would on your best-paying store. It counts the store's fees, not shipping, and eBay's fees vary by category, so there it's a close estimate.
Check the example, then Save
Type any example price in the box at the top and every row shows what that store would list it at. Prices are always whole dollars: Keep my profit rounds up, the others round to the nearest dollar. Press Save. Until you do, the page says Unsaved.
Where your rules apply
When you list an item, the price box for each store is already filled in with its rule, and a small tag says Prices follow your Pricing rules. In the Crosslist window, the first price choice is renamed My prices. In Update price, type one price in the All box and each store's box fills in by its rule. You can change any box before you press the button.
Change just one store's price
Type a different price in that store's box on the item (on a phone, tap the store's line). It shows Custom price for this store and stays put when you change your main price later, while the other stores move with it. Press Use my rule to hand it back to the rule. You see the new prices before you save.
What a rule never does
Saving, changing or deleting a rule never changes a price that's already live, and never changes your price. Importing your listings doesn't either, so items you priced by hand on a store keep that price until you change the price in Beat'em. Relisting an item keeps the price it had.
You're done when the example price shows each store's price the way you want it, and your next listing or crosslist opens with those prices already filled in.
Something not right?
A store says "Not connected"
A store says "Not connected"
It says Not connected. We'll keep this rule for when you reconnect. Press Reconnect next to it, or reconnect in Settings → Stores. The rule is still there.

My live listings still have the old prices
My live listings still have the old prices
That's on purpose: rules only price new listings and the price changes you make. To move live prices, use Update price from the Items page. See Edit items and prices.
