Crosslist your items
Puts items that are live on one store onto your other stores. Up to 5,000 items at a time.
Crosslisting takes an item that's already live on one of your stores and lists it on your other stores, so more buyers see it. Beat'em writes each new listing to suit that store: the category, size and details it asks for, and a price that allows for its fees.
Before you start, you need at least two stores connected in Settings → Stores, and each item must be live on one of them with a price. You can crosslist up to 5,000 items at a time, on a computer or a phone. Crosslisting an item uses one credit, once: it can go to every store, now or later, for that one credit, and you're only charged when a listing actually goes live (more in Credits).
To start, go to your Items page. A Beat'em window walks you through the rest.
Just signed up? Once two stores are in, Beat'em's setup shows how many of your items aren't on every store yet, with a switch for each store. Press Crosslist there and the same window opens, at the price each item has now. Those first crosslists are free: they don't use your credits.
Crosslist items
On the Items page, tick the box next to each item you want. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen: press Crosslist in it. For a single item you can instead press the faded + next to its store icons, or press ⋯ at the end of its row and choose Crosslist.
The Crosslist window opens (on a phone it slides up from the bottom). It has a row for each store your items aren't on yet, such as Poshmark US, Depop or eBay, and every row starts ticked. Untick any store you want to skip. Each item only goes to stores it isn't already on, so nothing gets listed twice.
Choose how to price. Same price is already picked: every store gets the price the item has now. Keep my profit sets each store's price so you take home what the item makes now, after that store's fees. Custom lets you move each store's price up or down in 5% steps. Stores in another currency get the price converted for you.
If you see Shipping details needed first (or Set this up before you crosslist), a store needs something from you, such as your Depop ship-from address or your eBay business policies. Press Set up, add it on the page that opens, then come back to the Items page and start again.
If you see that items will list on Depop with free shipping, so you pay the postage, those items have no Depop shipping price. Press Yes, free shipping to go ahead, or Set a price to add one in your shipping settings.
Press Publish at the bottom of the window (it shows the count, for example Publish 6 listings). The window closes and Beat'em crosslists in the background, so you can close the page. Each item's store icon turns green as it goes live. Rather check them first? Press Save as drafts instead: nothing is listed, and you can open each item later to review and publish it.
You're done when the Items page says Crosslisting finished. Press View results to see what went live and anything that needs you. Every run is also kept under Activity → Crosslists.

The results say items need attention
The results say items need attention
Each item on the results page says what the store wanted. Small fixes, like picking a category a store insists on, happen right there in the row: make the choice and press Retry. For anything bigger, press Open item, fix it, then come back and press Retry.
"Drafts can't be crosslisted"
"Drafts can't be crosslisted"
Crosslisting copies a live listing, so the item has to be live on at least one store first. Publish it to one store, then crosslist it to the rest. You'll see the same message for an item that has sold.
"Already on every store you've connected"
"Already on every store you've connected"
There's nowhere left to send it. Connect another store in Settings → Stores to crosslist somewhere new.
"No price yet"
"No price yet"
Items without a price are skipped. Open the item, add a price, then crosslist it again.
"Crosslist up to 5000 items at a time"
"Crosslist up to 5000 items at a time"
You ticked more than 5,000 items. Untick some and crosslist the rest in a second run.
"You're out of credits for this one. Top up and we'll carry on."
"You're out of credits for this one. Top up and we'll carry on."
Your credits ran out partway through. Every item Beat'em could pay for still went up; the ones marked with this line didn't, and nothing was charged for them. Top up in Billing, then press Retry on the results page.
"Poshmark takes about 300 new listings a day per closet…"
"Poshmark takes about 300 new listings a day per closet…"
Poshmark only accepts so many new listings from one closet in a day, so Beat'em spaces them out. The rest wait in line and go up by themselves from the time the message gives, a few at a time. You don't need to do anything.
"eBay needs your eBay site first"
"eBay needs your eBay site first"
Beat'em needs to know whether you sell on eBay US, Canada, UK or Australia, and won't guess. Choose it next to eBay in Settings → Stores, then crosslist again.
"eBay refused these listings because your seller policies aren't set up on that eBay site"
"eBay refused these listings because your seller policies aren't set up on that eBay site"
eBay won't list anything until your account has its three business policies on that site: shipping, payment and returns. Press Set up eBay policies on the results page, set them up, then press Retry. More in Connect your eBay account.
"This item sells several sizes"
"This item sells several sizes"
Beat'em can't create Poshmark or eBay listings with several sizes yet, so nothing was sent to that store. List it there yourself for now.
"Your connection to the store has expired, so Beat'em stopped sending"
"Your connection to the store has expired, so Beat'em stopped sending"
The store logged Beat'em out partway through. Press Reconnect the store on the results page, or Reconnect next to that store in Settings → Stores, then press Retry on the results page.

I closed the page and can't see how it went
Crosslisting kept going. The progress bar on the Items page only shows in the browser you started from, but every run, from any device, is under Activity → Crosslists.
