Getting started

Your first 30 minutes

From a new account to your first items live on every store.

Signing up takes a minute and doesn't need a card. We ask where you sell from (that sets your currency) and which stores you're on, then your dashboard opens a five-step setup. Every step does the real thing, right there — no tour.

Leave anytime. We keep your place. The setup ring on your dashboard takes you straight back in.

1. Connect your stores

Start with the store you sell on most. Each one connects a little differently:

  • eBay — sign in on eBay's own page. We never see your password.

  • Poshmark — our Chrome extension (no password), or your Poshmark login.

  • Depop — our Chrome extension, or a one-time login link from Depop.

Signed up to Poshmark or Depop with Google or Facebook? Use the extension.

2. Bring in your listings

The moment a store connects, your live listings start coming in. It takes a few minutes — longer for big closets — and you don't need to wait on the page. While it runs, we'll ask for anything your stores need before we can list for you: your ZIP or postcode and your shipping, payment and return policies for eBay, and your ship-from address for Depop.

3. Match your listings

Got the same item on more than one store? We find it and ask you to confirm. Once matched, Beat'em treats it as one item, so a sale on one store takes it down from the others. Nothing changes on the stores themselves — and if you're short on time, tap Later and come back from Items.

4. Crosslist your first items

This is where it pays off. We pick up to five items that are ready and add each one to every store it's missing from, priced so you keep the same profit after each store's fees. Swap any we picked, or choose your own, then tap Crosslist. You'll need two stores connected for this step.

Your first 5 crosslists are on us. After that it's one credit per item, however many stores it goes to.

5. Turn on daily automations

Last, the chores. Each automation comes set up with a sensible starting point — how often to share, how much to offer. Tap a setting to change it, then Turn on. You can fine-tune anything later on the Automations page.

You're set

Your closet is in one place, your items are on every store, and the daily grind runs without you. Got new stock? Start with Listing from your computer or Snap & List on your phone.
